Sometimes dogs need sleepovers too! Because Sit! Stay! Play! is a social environment, overnight services are available for daycare-qualified dogs only.

Membership

  • Membership

    Our Membership is a recurring membership for dogs coming on the same days each week on a regular schedule each month. The membership renews automatically unless it is discontinued in writing by the 15th day of the preceding month (August must be canceled by July 15th for example).

  • Rules

    1. A valid credit card on file in ProPet.
    2. Memberships are for the calendar month and are for dogs attending at least one day per week. Memberships must be continuous to maintain priority status.
    3. Membership reservation requests must be submitted on the Membership Request Form by the 17th of the month preceding the request. For instance, reservation requests for July must be made by June 17th. Reservation requests require approval.
    4. This membership rolls over each month unless canceled by the 15th of the preceding month. For instance, a standing reservation for September needs to be canceled by August 15th. Reservations not canceled will be charged. 
    5. Participation in the premium membership program means that a slot is held for your dog. Like a children’s daycare, your dog’s slot is not available to another client, and you will be charged whether or not your dog attends on their reserved day. There is no refund for missed days. There are exceptions for illness in accordance with our attendance policy. Decisions regarding exceptions will be made on an individual basis.
    6. Two weeks per calendar year may be taken as floating holidays which will not be charged. These days must be taken in one week increments of consecutive days. Requests should be made in writing through the ProPet portal, email, or text message two weeks prior to the absence so those days may be offered to other guests.
    7. Reservation requests for additional days or changes must be made in writing through the ProPet portal, email, or text message. Changes or requests for additional days are contingent upon availability. Same day emergency requests are subject to the emergency daycare.
    8. Daycare packages expire 60 days after purchase except for monthly packages which expire at the end of each calendar month. Please purchase only the number of days you will use in 60 days. 
    9. If plans prevent Fido from attending during a month, memberships may be placed on a reserved hold for a $100 per month fee for up to 4 months.

  • How does Sit! Stay! Play! ensure a safe environment for my dog?

    We maintain a 15:1 supervision ratio, separate dogs by size and play style, and limit our dog capacity to provide ample space, ensuring a low-stress, safe environment.

  • What is the process for becoming a Member?

    First, create a client portal and upload your dog's vaccinations. We’ll schedule a phone consultation and a meet-and-greet. Afterward, your dog can start attending daycare.

  • What vaccinations are required for my dog to attend?

    Dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP (or equivalent), Bordetella, Lepto, and have a clean fecal test within 60 days of their first day.

  • What activities are included in daycare?

    Our daycare features pools, ball pits, obstacle courses, treat searches, tunnels, group training, and monthly special events, ensuring your dog stays active and engaged.

  • What are the first day rules for my dog?

    Your dog must arrive by 7:30 AM to adjust before other dogs arrive. Pickup is between 4-5 PM.

  • How is the staff trained?

    Our staff undergoes comprehensive training, including canine body language, group play dynamics, and hands-on learning. Training can take up to six months to complete.
